Planted 17 years ago, our mature vines of Pinot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are now at their best and well-established in the rich and productive Phillip Island volcanic soil.

Our vines are some of the most cosseted in the country with a spectacular and unique netting enclosure shielding the two hectare vineyard from sea winds, hail, birds and hares.

Good wine starts with delicious fruit. We hand-prune, tend the vines with individual care and hand-pick to ensure that our winemaking begins with some of the very best fruit to be found in Victoria’s cooler grape-growing regions.

Only our premium fruit makes the grade – one of the great benefits of a boutique winery is the individual attention, inspection and care that goes into the selection of fruit for the winemaking.

From our flavour-filled cooler climate fruit, the Phillip Island Winery is now well-recognised for its truly delicious wines.

This year, we are planning additional plantings of Pinot and a sweeter Moscato-style white on a recently acquired paddock along our northern boundary.
